“What you are looking for is also looking for you”

I heard this statement from a client who has become my friend. My clients ultimately become my friends. Those words began to follow me everywhere. They became my waking thoughts.

I think the process works like this. When God gives you an idea which could be anything, he probably has àlso given several people the same idea. God gives many other people the inspiration for the same idea because he cannot risk putting so much in one person who may not carry through.

So if one idea carrier falls away, he still has others in the loop. Have you experienced an occurrence of having an idea that you failed to carry through and forgot all about? Then you woke up one day to hear about the one who had the same idea, followed through and has become a success at it? You both were recipients, but one person aborted while the other carried to term.

I am watching a Netflix series at the moment titled MANIFEST. A set of people usually have visions which they describe as a Calling. Often, when a particular vision is received, a number of people receive it irrespective of their geographical locations. No matter how far they are apart, these visions/callings often bring them together to solve a problem or help someone in need.

Do you see? The ideas that flood your mind are callings to do something, and most likely many other people also received it at the same time.

Have you received an idea? Don’t bother about how they will come to pass, don’t be limited by funding issues, and don’t be intimidated that others don’t believe in the idea. Don’t be discouraged by a lack of support. Just follow your idea through the stirrings in your heart.

Ultimately, if you don’t give up, the callings/ideas/visions will bring together all the players that will bring your dreams into reality.

I have met people who tell me, “OMG! I have been thinking about how to get this thing done.”

“I thought about this before.”

“You are a God sent.”

“How did you know what I am thinking about?”

And so on. In the Netflix series #manifest, the rule is, “Do not ignore a calling.” So one rule you must adhere to is “Do not ignore an idea, which is a calling.”

Remember, what you are looking for is also looking for you. The danger here is that the more you ignore and do nothing about your callings, the lower the quality of life you get to live, and opportunities begin to fade away until none knocks on your door again.

I have seen people who fade away so soon. They are not dead, they are alive but adding no value to humanity.

Let that not be you. You can still revisit those past callings and ideas, you might be lucky to find them still waiting for you.

Enjoy the holidays and stay safe.
